The CW has announced today that the midseason premiere of Riverdale has been pushed back by a couple of weeks, unfortunately. Instead of the original date of Sunday, March 6, the drama will now be coming back on Sunday, March 20.

The series kicked off season 6 last year with a five-episode event titled “Rivervale” which took place after the events of the season 5 finale and saw a parallel universe to Riverdale, Rivervale. The event ended on the show’s overall 100th episode and included the return of multiple familiar faces. Last month, YOU star Chris O’Shea was announced to be joining Riverdale in a recurring capacity as Percival Pickens.

Don’t miss the return of Riverdale on Sunday, March 20 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on The CW! Check out the season trailer here and our other coverage on the series here.
