KIRSTY GRIFFIN/NETFLIX

The nominations for the 28th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were announced this morning by Rosario Dawson and Vanessa Hudgens.

Netflix’s Squid Game made history as the first foreign-language television nomination with four total nods. House of Gucci and Netflix’s The Power of the Dog led the way for films with three nominations each. Andrew Garfield picked up the only nod for the sensational Jonathan Larson biopic tick, tick…BOOM! and Ted Lasso and Succession cemented themselves as nomination magnets, dominating the television comedy and drama categories respectively. In addition to these categories, Helen Mirren will also be awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s ceremony.

The SAG Awards will be held on February 27 at 8 p.m. EST on TBS and TNT. At this time, the awards show plans to go ahead with an in-person event.
