As we await the 2022 premiere of the upcoming comedy-thriller The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, a selection of first look photos from the film has finally been revealed.
Directed by Tom Gormican with a screenplay co-written with Kevin Etten, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent sees Nicolas Cage take on the role of a struggling, fictionalized version of himself. In the movie, Cage accepts a payment of one million dollars in exchange for attending the birthday party of Javi (Pedro Pascal), a superfan who also happens to be a crime boss, in Mallorca.
Other cast members include Neil Patrick Harris as Cage’s agent, Sharon Horgan as his ex-wife, Lily Sheen as his daughter, and Tiffany Haddish as a CIA agent.

The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent will land in theaters on April 22, 2022. As per Lionsgate, we can expect to see the film’s first official trailer drop tomorrow, December 14.
