It has been announced that Disney’s Live-Action Pinocchio will be coming to Disney+ in fall 2022.

The movie will revisit the timeless tale of the little wooden puppet that comes to life. It is directed by Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump) and has an all-star cast. Pinocchio will star Benjamin Evan Ainsworth (The Haunting of Bly Manor) in the title role, Tom Hanks (Castaway) as Gepetto, Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Inception) as Jiminy Cricket, and Cynthia Erivo (Wicked) as the Blue Fairy. It will also feature Luke Evans (Beauty and the Beast), Keegan-Michael Key (Keanu), and Lorraine Bracco (Goodfellas).

We can’t wait to check it out! Make sure you stay tuned for more news from Disney+ day.
