Kiernan Shipka to Star in ‘The Golden Cage’

Kiernan Shipka is set to star in Hulu’s latest developmental project, The Golden Cage. The drama will explore Shipka’s character’s rise to the top of Wall Street while maintaining a watchful eye on her past.

Shipka wrapped up the final season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina last year which is set for a crossover on Riverdale. Most recently, Shipka starred in a podcast movie, Treat, from C13 Features. Check out Nerds & Beyond’s interview with Shipka on that venture here.

The Golden Cage is created and written by Oskar Nordmark. Susanna White (Andor) will direct the pilot and serve as an executive producer. Darryl Taja (The Perfect Guy) and Adam Rodin (Extant) act as producers.
