A brand new trailer and poster have been released for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Encanto.

The film tells the tale of the Madrigals, an extraordinary family who live in a wondrous, charmed place called an Encanto. Each child has been blessed with a magic gift unique to them—each child except Mirabel. But when the family’s home is threatened, Mirabel may be their only hope.

In news also released this morning, John Leguizamo has joined the cast as Uncle Bruno. Leguizamo joins an already stunning cast featuring Stephanie Beatriz, María Cecilia Botero, Angie Cepeda, Wilmer Valderrama, Diane Guererro, Jessica Darrow, Carolina Gaitán, and Mauro Castillo.

The film is directed by Byron Howard and Jared Bush, co-directed by Charise Castro Smith, and produced by Clark Spencer and Yvette Merino. Encanto also features all-new songs by the brilliant Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Encanto opens in theaters on November 24, 2021.
