The Girl in the Woods follows Carrie (Stefanie Scott), a runaway teenager escaping from a mysterious cult that protects the world from monsters living in an alternate dimension hidden behind a door in the woods. Written by an all female writing team, The Girl in the Woods will explore LGBTQ+ discrimination, the human cost of environmentalism, and the consequences of inequality.

Alongside Scott, the series stars Misha Osherovich, Sofia Bryant, Will Yun Lee, Kylie Liya Page, Reed Diamond, and Leonard Roberts. It is directed by Krysten Ritter and Jacob Chase. You can watch the trailer below!
