‘9-1-1’: New Photos Released from Season 5, Episode 2 “Desperate Times”

Season 5 of first responder drama 9-1-1 is off to a heated start and FOX has released new photos from next week’s episode, “Desperate Times.” Continuing from the cliffhanger in the season premiere, a blackout in LA causes mayhem, Chim worries about Maddie’s condition and Athena is reeling from her worst nightmare coming true.

The full synopsis for “Desperate Times” reads:


“The 118 springs into action when a city-wide blackout and a record heatwave causes mayhem in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Chimney confides in Hen about Maddie’s condition and Athena’s worst nightmare comes true in the all-new episode of 9-1-1 airing Monday, Sept. 27 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX. “

“Desperate Times” airs this Monday, September 27 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on FOX, streaming immediately after on the FOX NOW app and the next day on Hulu!
