Misha Collins Begins Filming Traveling PBS Cooking Show

Share

Misha Collins has thrown lots of irons into the fire since Supernatural‘s end, from his new poetry collection releasing in October (make sure to check out the cover as well as our review) to his upcoming role in Encounter, set to premiere at TIFF, to his lead role on the podcast Bridgewater. One of these many new projects he’s involved with includes something only previously alluded to: a traveling cooking show comparable to Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown (but in the USA). It seems that the cooking show has now begun filming!

Whispers of the PBS production have abounded for months. However, Collins confirmed the existence of the show at Planet Comicon Kansas City. This occurred at a solo panel, with Collins announcing it was to begin filming the following week. Photos from one of the restaurant spots featuring on the show also recently came to light on Twitter, signaling that filming has begun.

The name and official premiere date of Misha Collins’ cooking show have not been released to the public. As always, stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
