‘Home Alone’ Revival Gets Release Date

Share:

Disney is ready the holidays as they set a November release date for their upcoming Home Alone revival film.

In a familiar tune for those who loved the original Home Alone film(s), this story centers on Max Mercer, a mischievous and resourceful young boy played by Archie Yates. Max was left behind while his family traveled to Japan for the holidays. So when a married couple attempting to retrieve a priceless heirloom set their sights on the familyā€™s home, it is up to Max to protect it from the trespassers.

The film also stars Ellie Kemper, Rob Delaney, Aisling Bea, Kenan Thompson, Tim Simons, Pete Holmes, Devin Ratray, Ally Maki, and Chris Parnel. Many of whom appeared in a fun holiday-themed tweet from Disney (seen below), announcing the November 12 release date.

This all-new original film will stream on Disney+ just in time for the 2021 holiday season.

She loves music, reading (obviously), and any TV show that can grab and hold her attention. Currently some of her favorite things to nerd out over include Supernatural, Prodigal Son, Louden Swain and Percy Jackson (books, theater, or upcoming show - lets leave the movies out of it).
