Daniel Sherman

In anticipation of his brand new album, multi-talented musician Daniel Sherman has dropped a music video for his song “Chapters.” “Chapters” was originally released on the 2020 hip-hop album Evolving, a collaboration between Sherman and producer Giovanni Piazza.

Directed by Christian Carranza, the music video features not only Sherman in the spotlight, but also two personal friends of his, Jordan Higby and Emily Hewitt. The video premiered on Sherman’s official YouTube channel on Friday, August 13, as part of the second week of his internet campaign as a lead up to his biggest release yet UNCAGED. UNCAGED is Sherman’s debut solo album, slated to be released October 1. Sherman also released a music video last week for another song, “Nokia Drift,” and will be dropping new content every Friday until the arrival of UNCAGED.

Daniel Sherman is singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist based in Livermore, CA. He got his start as a drummer/co-vocalist in a band named Crowned In Chains. He has released multiple solo EPs and singles since 2019, such as “Inside” and “Bulletproof Umbrella,” as well as four albums, such as It’s Us and Evolving, since 2020. More recently, Sherman was selected to have his song “What You Want” produced by Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda live on Twitch, which you can find more information about here. “What You Want” is currently available to stream.
