We’re just over two months out from the release of Denis Villeneuve’s Dune, and the film’s official poster featuring its ensemble cast has been revealed. Last month, we saw the release of the film’s individual character posters.
Based on Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel, Dune is a mythic and emotionally charged hero’s journey. It tells the story of Paul Atreides, a brilliant and gifted young man born into a great destiny beyond his understanding, who must travel to the most dangerous planet in the universe to ensure the future of his family and his people. As malevolent forces explode into conflict over the planet’s exclusive supply of the most precious resource in existence — a commodity capable of unlocking humanity’s greatest potential — only those who can conquer their fear will survive.
Dune stars Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, Chang Chen, David Dastmalchian, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa, and Javier Bardem.

The film is directed by Villeneuve with a screenplay he co-wrote with Jon Spaihts and Eric Roth. Villeneuve produces alongside Mary Parent, Cale Boyter and Joe Caracciolo, Jr. Executive producers include Tanya Lapointe, Joshua Grode, Herbert W. Gains, Jon Spaihts, Thomas Tull, Brian Herbert, Byron Merritt and Kim Herbert.
Dune will premiere in theaters and on HBO Max on October 22.
