‘Evil Dead: The Game’ Video Game Delayed Until 2022

Evil Dead and Ash Williams fans will have to wait a bit longer for the new video game to be released. Taking to Twitter today, Saber Interactive and Boss Teams Games announced that the Evil Dead: The Game release will be delayed until February 2022.

The good news about this is it will give them the time to add a single-player option to the game and improve what needs improvement. But don’t worry, players will be helping Ash, voiced by Bruce Campbell, to “seal the breachers between worlds,” with the use of maps, various weapons, and the iconic cabin in the woods all while you kick some Deadite ass or hunt down Ash and the other characters.

When it is released, Evil Dead: The Game will be available on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Check out the reveal trailer released at The Game Awards below.
