The award-winning musical Hamilton is making its Broadway return on September 14 after being on hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, only two months away from is opening night. Hamilton took to its official Twitter page to make another announcement. The official Hamilton merchandise shops at both the New York City and Los Angeles locations will be reopening their doors on August 12.

From the creative mind of Lin-Manuel Miranda, Hamilton tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, one of the United States’ founding fathers. Hamilton was an immigrant from the West Indies who worked his way up to become George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and the new nation’s Treasury Secretary. With a blend of Hip-hop, Rap, R&B, and Broadway, Hamilton is “a story of America then, told by America now” (as described by Miranda).

The shops offer officially licensed Hamilton merchandise inspired by the musical’s music and fan-favorite characters. From hats, t-shirts, books, music, and even portraits, there is something for everyone to show off their love of Hamilton.

Don’t live near LA or NYC? Have no fear. All merchandise is available for purchase on the Hamilton merchandise official website.

If you want to be in “The Room Where It Happens” be sure to watch Hamilton on Disney+.
