Disney has announced the return and retirement of fan-favorite Walt Disney World’s shows!

Two shows will be returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Beginning August 1, the night-time show Wonderful World of Animation will return. The amazing projection mapping on the Chinese Theater takes you through the history of Disney animation. Then, on August 15, Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage will resume performances.

On August 8 at Magic Kingdom, Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor will begin extracting laughs from the audiences with their comedy stylings. At EPCOT, Turtle Talk with Crush will return on August 21. Guests will once again be able to interact with their favorite sea turtle from Finding Nemo.

Sadly, Disney has also announced that some shows will be retiring. For example, the temporary night-time spectacular EPCOT Forever will have its final performance on September 28. This will then be replaced by the all-new show Harmonious.

The fan-favorite Magic Kingdom night-time spectacular, Happily Ever After, will not return after replacing it with the 50th-anniversary celebration show, Disney Enchantment. So, September 29 will be fans’ last chance to watch this amazing firework show.
