Emilia Clarke Talks ‘Game of Thrones’ and Her New Comic Book Series ‘M.O.M: Mother of Madness’ on ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’

On July 21, 2021, Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan. In her interview, Clarke discusses the Game of Thrones ending, funding her charity, and her new comic book series, M.O.M: Mother of Madness.

M.O.M: Mother of Madness is a three-issue mini-series that follows Maya, a weather scientist by day and a crime-fighting superhero by night. Maya’s superpowers will be put to the test when she has to take on a secret group of human traffickers. Full of Deadpool action and Fleabag comedy, M.O.M: Mother of Madness is for mature audiences only.

In the interview, Clarke not only talks about the Game of Thrones ending, but she also opens up about the brain hemorrhages she experienced on set and how it inspired her to create a charity to help people recovering from brain injuries.
In honor of her comic book debut, Clarke talks about the concept of her new comic, M.O.M: Mother of Madness, and how the main character Maya, a single mother, gets her superpowers from her menstrual cycle.
