Creation Entertainment has officially announced the postponement of one of its two Supernatural conventions set to take place in Canada. Originally scheduled for this August, the Toronto Supernatural convention will now take place on July 29-31, 2022, at a different venue, Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport and Conference Centre.

Multiple guests have already confirmed their appearance for the 2022 dates, including Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins, Alex Calvert, Briana Buckmaster, Ruth Connell, Kim Rhodes, Lisa Berry, Julian Richings, Rob Benedict, Matt Cohen, Hiro Kanagawa, Steve Bacic, Jason Manns, and Louden Swain.

If you have currently have hotel reservations for the Toronto Supernatural 2021 dates, Creation Entertainment advises that you cancel your reservation at this time. Creation will provide an updated booking link for the new venue and dates shortly.

If you have purchased tickets for the Toronto Supernatural convention and cannot make the new dates, you are able to request a refund from Creation Entertainment by emailing them at customer.service@creationent.com. The deadline to request a refund is July 27 at 3 p.m. PDT.  Refunds may take up to eight weeks after this deadline to be processed.  If you do not request a refund by this date, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new 2022 dates.

If you wish to attend the new dates, Creation Entertainment will automatically transfer your tickets to the 2022 dates. This includes all admission, autograph, and photo op tickets. Look out for an email from Creation sometime after June 27 with your new tickets updated with the new dates as your 2021 tickets will no longer be valid!

Those keeping their tickets for the new dates will also receive a few special extras! Gold, silver, and copper ticketholders will be given access to Creation’s Special Virtual Experience, which will not be available to the general public, but only available to those who keep their tickets for postponed conventions. Gold and silver ticketholders will also receive a $200 gift certificate at the convention, and a Supernatural photo autographed by a member of the cast.
