‘Normal People’ Wins Big at Irish Film and Television Academy Awards

Normal People dominated at this year’s Irish Film and Television Academy Awards (IFTA), winning nine awards out of 15 nominations. It beat the previous IFTA record of seven wins set by Love/Hate. The hit miniseries was filmed and produced in Ireland, eventually airing on both the BBC and Hulu. The IFTAs honor the best in Irish film and television and take place annually.
