Sony’s ‘Bullet Train’ With Brad Pitt Lands Release Date

Sony’s star-studded Bullet Train has officially landed a release date! The plot of the film, based on the Japanese novel Maria Beetle by Kotaro Isaka, has been kept largely under wraps. However, the plot of the novel follows five assassins that find themselves on a fast-moving bullet train from Tokyo to Morioka. While on the train, they discover their missions are not unrelated to each other. This begs the question of who will make it off alive and should they survive, what is waiting for them at the terminal station? The film is set for release on April 8, 2022.

Bullet Train stars Brad Pitt, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Sandra Bullock, Andrew Koji, Brian Tyree Henry, Joey King, Michael Shannon, Zazie Beetz, Logan Lerman, Masi Oka, and platinum-selling recording artist Bad Bunny. David Leitch is directing and supervising the script written by Zak Olkewicz.
