Get ready to slam dunk because the much-anticipated sequel to Space Jam is almost here! In preparation, Warner Brothers have released a new trailer for the movie starring LeBron James.
Starring as himself in Space Jam: A New Legacy, James travels to the Looney Toons world to bring his son home and save the cartoon world. Of course, he’s not the only NBA star in the movie. Damian Lillard, Anthony Davis, and Klay Thompson make up the Goon Squad and WNBA players Diana Taurasi and Nneka Ogwumike.
The trailer features both the Goon Squad and the Toon Squad as they compete to save LeBron’s son. Both sides use the power of cartoons to aid them in their quest to win the basketball game.
Space Jam: A New Legacy will be in theaters and streaming on HBO Max beginning July 16, 2021.
