‘Never Have I Ever’s Maitreyi Ramakrishnan Set to Star in ‘The Netherfield Girls’

Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, known for her role as Devi Vishwakumar in the Netflix original series Never Have I Ever, is making her film debut! Variety is reporting that Ramakrishnan will star the upcoming Netflix film The Netherfield Girls.
The film is set to be a contemporary take on Pride and Prejudice, “a romantic comedy with a literary pedigree.” Ramakrishnan will play Lizzie Bennet, who finds the man she once thought was Mr. Wrong is actually Mr. Right.
The Netherfield Girls will be written and directed by Becca Gleason. Temple Hill Entertainment will produce.
