Take Off To a Galaxy Far, Far Away in the ‘Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser’

As part of the Star Wars May 4 celebrations, Disney has given us some more exciting information about Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.

Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is a two-night, cruise-style immersive experience. From the moment you enter your launch pod and watch as you are taken to the Halcyon starcruiser, you become part of the Star Wars universe where your actions will determine your journey.

During your stay, you’ll be able to meet amazing characters (including some familiar faces), learn how to wield a lightsaber and of course there will be excursions to the planet Batuu to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Guests will also get an exciting first look at the new activating lightsaber that has been created by Walt Disney Imagineering Research and Development. Check out the video below!

There will be several unique dining experiences available on board, including the Crown of Corellia Dining Room, where you will be serenaded by a galactic superstar Twi’lek. The name of the dining room pays an homage to the planet whose shipyards built both the Halcyon and the Millennium Falcon. It serves breakfast and lunch but you will definitely want to check out the evening meal where otherwordly food will be featured on the menu.

If you can’t wait for your visit, make sure to check out the Halcyon model that will be on display for a limited time at the Walt Disney Presents attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The starcruiser will be launching in 2022 so make sure you check back here for the latest news and also check out starwarsgalacticstarcruiser.com.
