Audio Up Media and NoCap Live announced their newest scripted podcast Prom in Hell. The first two episodes of the four-part horror-musical-comedy will premiere May 24 across all streaming platforms, with the third and fourth episodes debuting May 27.
Prom in Hell features music from Audio Up Media CEO and series creator Jared Gutstadt, breakout musicians jxdn and Nessa Barrett, chart-topping rapper Sueco, and other artists on the rise Que, 44Phantom, and Yoza. The official description for the scripted limited series is below. Barrett, jxdn, Sueco, and TikTok producer Ricky Desktop are also among the cast members.
“Danny (played by 44phantom) and Jake (played by Que) are bullied and tortured at their school — Herman Enoch Louis Lynne High (aka Hell High). When the duo unwittingly stumble into a portal to Hell and make a deal with the Devil (played by Sueco), they finally have the opportunity to redeem themselves and seek revenge … but they unlock a paranormal nightmare in the process. Will Danny and Jake succeed in vanquishing their demons, or will they die trying?”
Prom in Hell marks the third “In Hell” series from AudioUp, previous installments including Halloween in Hell with performances from Machine Gun Kelly and Iann Dior and Valentine’s Day in Hell with jxdn, Oliver Tree, and Iann Dior.
With AudioUp and NoCap Live’s partnership, there will also be a “Digital Prom” live show streamed directly from the Roxy Theater in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 27. The event will feature excerpts from the Prom In Hell finale and original music
