Lionsgate Shares Official Poster and Trailer for ‘The Virtuoso’ Starring Anson Mount and Anthony Hopkins

Coming next month from Lionsgate is a thrilling new crime drama titled The Virtuoso. When a professional assassin, known as “The Virtuoso,” receives a new assignment from his boss and mentor, he brings danger, deception, and murder to an otherwise peaceful country town. With little information to go on, The Virtuoso must uncover his target amongst a wide pool of possibilities, including the local sheriff. Meanwhile, he has a chance encounter with a woman that threatens to throw off his mission.

The Virtuoso stars Anson Mount, Anthony Hopkins, Abbie Cornish, Eddie Marsan, Richard Brake, and David Morse. It is written by James C. Wolf and directed by Nick Stagliano.

Ahead of the release, Lionsgate has shared the official poster and trailer for the film, both of which you can find below. The trailer gives viewers an introduction to The Virtuoso’s mindset and what appears to be his rigorous focus on his mission, until he becomes distracted.

The Virtuoso releases in select theaters, Digital, and On Demand on April 30. The DVD and Blu-ray will be available beginning on May 4.
