Palm Springs has had a great year since its release, with multiple nominations and some wins in programs like the Golden Globes and the Critics Choice Super Awards. Continuing with its success, the film won Best Comedy at the 2021 Critics Choice Awards tonight! To check out the competition that the film beat out, see below.

Palm Springs follows Nyles (Samberg) and Sarah (Milioti) who have a chance meeting at a Palm Springs wedding and become stuck together in an infinite time loop. As Sarah comes to terms with being stuck, she begins to embrace Nylesā€™ carefree nihilistic attitude as the two fall for each other, wreaking havoc on the never-ending wedding celebration. The film takes an old trope but spins it into something that’s anything but typical, bringing refreshing humor and romance to the table. More on this can be found in our review.

Congratulations to all the cast and crew of Palm Springs on this well-deserved win!
