Dave Grohl and His Mother Virginia Are Getting a Series at Paramount+ Based on ‘From Cradle to Stage’

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and his mother, Virginia, author of From Cradle to Stage: Stories from the Mothers Who Rocked and Raised Rock Stars, are heading to Paramount+ with their new series! In an effort to expand on the musical content offered on the streamer, the Grohl’s are getting a six-episode non-scripted series based on the book. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will direct all the episodes, and he will team up with his mother to co-host.

Grohl has previously directed Sonic Highways which documented the filming process of the Foo Fighters studio album of the aforementioned name and Sound City, a documentary on the famous Van Nuys recording studio.
