The flavors of spring are blooming once again at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

The park has announced the return of its fan favorite Food & Wine Festival starting Saturday, February 20 through April 25. Guests are invited, with limited capacity, to take their taste buds on a flavor adventure as they sample more than 110 exciting treats and 22 new dishes. This year’s menu will feature festival favorites and fresh twists on classic dishes from around the United States, paired perfectly with a selection of over 80 wines, brews, and cocktails.

Here are a few of the items featured at this year’s festival.

There is something for everyone, from meatless options such as the Impossible slider topped with caramelized balsamic onions and crispy jalapeños, to the new five-spice duck lettuce wraps paired with an Asian pear coleslaw and a mouth-watering plum sauce drizzle.

Explore the savory flavors of BBQ and Tex Mex cooking. Guests can enjoy sharable dishes like smoked beef brisket pub chips and tasty handhelds such as the chicken biscuit with bourbon Blackberry Jam. Guests can explore the All American Eats by Kraft-Heinz, which offers a new take on American favorites featuring bison sliders with bacon onion jam, vintage cheddar, and Heinz MAYOCHUP, and lobster, white cheddar KRAFT Mac N Cheese.

Indulge your taste buds with something sweet and decadent. This year’s food and wine festival is offering up new treats to sink your teeth into. From the new Woodford Reserve bourbon bread pudding, señorita sangria cupcakes, maple bacon cinnamon rolls, plus so much more! There is something to satisfy everyone.

That’s not all! Don’t forget to visit the vineyards and breweries for a tasting tour where you can travel across the state, country, and globe without ever leaving the park. Enjoy a selection from Benziger Family Vineyards and Proud Pour Vineyards; signature brews on tap from Tampa Bay Brewing Company, Yuengling, Florida Avenue Brewing Co., and Coppertail Brewing Co.; hard seltzers from Funky Buddah and Maine & Vine.

The new hand-crafted mixologist recipes like the Tito’s Handmade Vodka Smoked Bloody Mary, Falcons Fury Lemon Drop with Milagro tequila, Flor De Caña Rum Hurricanes are the perfect complements to this year’s festival menu. You can also sit back and relax with the new Cutwater frozen margarita popsicles or frozen watermelon margaritas.

The park is also welcoming back live music to the Festival Field soon. Guests will be able to listen to local and nationally recognized bands in a socially distant setting. All concerts are included with theme park admission and will take place on select dates in March and April. Concert acts will be announced soon, including upgrade opportunities for premium seating.
