Will you defeat them? Your demons
And all the non-believers, the plans that they have made?

Because one day, I’ll leave you a phantom
To lead you in the summer to join the black parade …

The latest My Chemical Romance Funko Pop! figure is now available for pre-order, and it’s from Funko’s new Albums line!

The Pop! Albums line, which debuted earlier this year, features oversized boxes with a full image of the music artist’s album artwork in the background. The vinyl figures themselves are made to represent the album artwork. Though the Pop! community has always remained divided between in-box and out-of-box collectors, the figures from this collection absolutely benefit from remaining on display inside of their boxes.

The iconic figure of My Chemical Romance’s hit 2006 album The Black Parade, Pepe, has officially been given the Funko Pop! treatment.

Pepe’s current estimated release date is February 2021. Pre-orders are available now via Entertainment Earth and Hot Topic.

The Black Parade recently earned a spot on the latest edition of Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list, gaining the nod of recognition that it deserves.

This marks the first My Chemical Romance Pop! figure that isn’t the band’s lead singer Gerard Way. Though the earlier Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge and The Black Parade-era figures of Way are mostly all vaulted and more difficult to obtain, the Danger Days Party Poison figure released earlier this year is still available from Hot Topic.

Now here’s to hoping that we may see more My Chemical Romance Pop!s in the future! In the meantime, don’t miss out on our MCR gift guide for the holiday season.
