Episode of ‘Derry Girls’ on ‘The Great British Baking Show’ Coming To Netflix

We have great news for fans of both Derry Girls and The Great British Baking Show! Back on January 1, the cast of Derry Girls competed in a special episode entitled “The Great Festive Bake Off”. It has been unavailable to fans in the USA, but Nicola Coughlan has announced that it will now be dropping on Netflix on December 4, just in time to put us all in the festive mood.

Five Derry Girls cast members took part: Nicola Coughlan (Clare), Saoirse-Monica Jackson (Erin), Dylan Llewellyn (James), Siobhan McSweeney (Sister Michael), and Jamie-Lee O’Donnell (Michelle). They were all challenged to make New Year’s inspired bakes.

It is definitely a far cry from the usual standards of bakes we see on the show, which makes the episode truly hilarious and not one to be missed. Fans of the show will also get to see Sandi Toksvig hosting again, as the episode was released before she resigned from her position. Make sure you check out the episode on Netflix on December 4!
