As reported by Deadline, Ashley Park, who can be seen starring in Emily in Paris as Mindy alongside Lily Collins, will recur in Girls5eva, the upcoming comedy by Tina Fey at Peacock.
Girls5eva follows the one-hit-wonder girl group that finds themselves getting their music sampled by a young rapper. Because of this event, it leads to the members reuniting in hopes of giving their dreams another shot. Park will star alongside Sara Bareilles, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Paula Pell, and Busy Philipps as Ashley, the glue of the whole operation that kept the girl group together. Being the most seasoned performer before joining Girls5eva (as she had been part of several girl groups that previously failed).
