Love That Journey for Netflix — ‘Schitt’s Creek’ Season 6 Arriving This October!
Schitt’s Creek fans … the wait is finally (almost) over.
After the beloved show swept the Emmy Awards last night with the most wins in a single year for a comedy series, Netflix has arrived with some more great news — season 6 is coming to Netflix in the US and Canada on October 7!

Schitt’s Creek follows the sometimes terrible, sometimes wonderful, and always hilarious lives of the Rose family. Johnny (Eugene Levy), Moira (Catherine O’Hara), David (Dan Levy), and Alexis (Annie Murphy) are forced to adjust to a serious downgrade to their typically pampered lifestyles when their family fortune is lost to bankruptcy and they begrudgingly relocate to a motel in the “quaint” little town that the series is named after. Beyond the laughter, though, Schitt’s Creek is far more than a comedy series … it’s a show that’s full of heart — overflowing with it, actually. If you’re not laughing along as you’re watching, there’s a good chance that you’re probably crying.
Catch all 14 episodes of the sixth and final season of Schitt’s Creek on Netflix in the US and Canada beginning October 7. And — fair warning — don’t forget the tissues.
