A Starting Point is coming soon!
Back in November, we reported on the new civic engagement website headed by actor Chris Evans, actor/filmmaker Mark Kassen and their team named A Starting Point. Evans and Kassen together made numerous trips down to the nation’s capital to get answers to some burning questions from our elected leaders, all to be compiled into one database for easy access to voters young and old to reference when making important decisions before heading to the polls. Originally set to release on March 15, COVID-19 pushed the release of the site back to an undetermined date. That date has now been established.
A Starting Point will get its official release on Thursday, June 4. Accompanying the debut of the new site will be a webinar at 1:30 p.m. EST titled “Democracy, Unfiltered” hosted by Fast Company featuring Mark Kassen, Chris Evans, and Joe Kiani. You can register for the event here.
