There’s been a mini-hiatus for Prodigal Son fans as we wait for the show’s return with episode 21, “The Professionals”. You might be thinking, “but we just saw episode 18!” and you would be right. According to cast members, episodes 19 and 20 were filmed after episodes 21 and 22. Due to coronavirus concerns the show was unable to finish 19 and 20, so we will be picking back up with episode 21! It’s been a long wait, what with most of the world being stuck at home, but FOX has released a whopping 27 photos from the upcoming episode to tide us over. Check them out below!
“The Professionals” synopsis is as follows:
After a catastrophic turn of events, Malcolm and Ainsley are convinced there’s more to Nicholas Endicott (guest star Dermot Mulroney) than meets the eye. Their only hope just might be an impromptu Whitly family reunion in the all-new “The Professionals” episode.
Prodigal Son will air its penultimate episode Monday, April 20 at 9/8 C on FOX.
