‘Arrow’ Debuts New Poster For Final Season
The final bow for Arrow is fast approaching, and The CW has revealed the poster for the eighth and final season of the superhero series. It seems this season will be featuring many callbacks to past moments from the show’s first seven seasons.
Season 7 left off with Oliver and Felicity taking a step back from saving Star City. However, The Monitor comes back for Oliver because he has to own up to the deal he made during the “Elseworlds” crossover. There was also a flashforward where Felicity, Mia, and William were at the cemetery, and the camera pans to a tombstone that showed us Oliver’s fate for 2019.

The poster shows an image of Oliver in his Green Arrow gear on the upper half of the poster. Below is another Green Arrow, although it’s unclear whether or not it’s him. The tagline towards the bottom reads, “Heroes fall. Legends rise,” giving us a little bit of a hint of what to expect this season and what it means for Team Arrow.
Many Arrow fan-favorite characters are slated to return, including Willa Holland (Thea Queen), Colin Donnell (Tommy Merlyn), Josh Segarra (Adrian Chase), and Susanna Thompson (Moira Queen).
The final season of Arrow will premiere on Tuesday, October 15 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on The CW.
