Attention Roswell, New Mexico fans! As filming for season two continues, cast and crew have shared a variety of on set photos to keep us up to date on their progress. Today, show creator and producer Carina Adly MacKenzie revealed the title for episode four in her Instagram post. The episode is titled “What If God Was One of Us” after the 1995 Joan Osborne song.
The episode was written by Steve Stringer and Chris Hollier. Shiri Appleby will return to direct this episode; she previously directed two episodes in season one.
Rather than post any lyrics from the song, MacKenzie’s accompanying message makes us wonder just what she has up her sleeve in this special episode. Dare we hope that the song title hints at the possible return of a certain alien cowboy who died playing God at the end of season one? Or perhaps we will get a glimpse into the past as this will be the first episode in which we see Louise (played by Cassandra Amell), one of the aliens from the 1947 UFO crash. Let us know your theories in the comments below!
Roswell, New Mexico will return early next year on the CW, but until then keep an eye here for the latest news.
