‘Halloween Horror Nights’ Starts Tonight: A Guide to Universal Studios’ Spooky Event

Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights officially opens in Orlando tonight, September 6, and will continue through November 2. We’re bringing you a guide of everything HHN you need to know.

Tickets

Single-night tickets start at $67.99 (+ Tax).

Multi-night tickets start at $109.99 (+Tax).

There are other add-ons you can add to your ticket, which include express passes, tours, dining plans, and more. (You must have a separate ticket to the event for these add-ons).

Express Pass (Starts at $89.99 + Tax)

Get to the fear faster. Skip the regular lines one time at all haunted houses, plus at participating rides and attractions. Event admission required and not included. (Pricing varies by date, subject to availability.)

Scareactor Dining Experience ($49.99 + Tax per person)

Make your meal part of the horror featuring special scareactor photo opportunities at Universal Studios’ Classic Monsters Cafe. Requires separate event admission. (Subject to availability.)

Universal Dining Plan – Quick Service ($23.99 + Tax per person)

Enjoy a sinister selection of dining locations in Universal Studios Florida and Universal CityWalk. You can use the following dining plans into the night or purchase them specifically for the event:

Behind the Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tour (Daytime – $79.99 + Tax per person)

Depths of Fear

A mining corp built an installation in deep waters infested with something monstrous. There is no escape from your watery grave.

Graveyard Games

Enter a cemetery at night, where disrespectful teens have awakened vengeful spirits. Don’t be caught dead here after dark.

Nightingales: Blood Pit

In an Ancient Roman arena, grisly creatures are drawn to dead and dying gladiators. With nothing to protect you, you’re history.

There will be quite a few attractions open during HHN, which will give you a break from all the scares. Universal lists the following as being open:

  • Harry Potter and the Escape From Gringotts™ (closes at 11pm)
  • Revenge of the Mummy
  • Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket
  • Men In Black: Alien Attack
  • Fast & Furious: Super Charged (Closes prior to event end.)
  • Transformers The Ride: 3D (Closes prior to event end.)
  • The Simpsons Ride (Open select nights only.)
