The trailer for The Mandalorian was recently released, and now that we are getting closer to the premiere, more new content has been shared for our viewing pleasure!

A new photo has been revealed exclusively by Entertainment Weekly. In the new photo, the Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal) fights a pair of Trandoshans. Trandoshans are reptilian sentient humanoids from Trandosha, first seen in the 1980 movie Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back. They have had other appearances including but not limited to the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, and Star Wars Resistance.

The official synopsis for the series is as follows:

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the ‘Star Wars’ universe. ‘The Mandalorian’ is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.

The Mandalorian, written by Jon Favreau, is an upcoming live-action Star Wars television series that will air exclusively on Disney+,  and it is set to premiere on Nov. 12 with eight episodes.
