New York Comic Con Announces Panels: Christopher Eccleston, ‘Dragon Ball Z’, ‘Lord of the Rings’, and More!
New York Comic Con recently started announcing some panel information for this year’s convention! On Thursday, October 3 at 11 a.m., Christopher Eccleston (Thor: The Dark World, The Leftovers, Doctor Who) will discuss his roles as he takes to the Main Stage 1-D. Shortly after, Dragon Ball Z’s Dynamic Duo, Christopher Sabat and Sean Schemmel (Vegeta and Goku), will have their panel at 12:15 p.m. in Room 1A06.
On Friday, October 4 at 11 a.m. join Billy Boyd (Pippin), Dominic Monaghan (Merry), and Sean Astin (Sam) for “Tales from the Road to Mordor: A Hobbits Reunion Panel” moderated by Clare Kramer (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) on the Main Stage 1-D. Or perhaps you’re a fan of Star Wars? In Room 1A06, you’ll be able to catch Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian) at the same time and date (sorry to fans of both!)

NYCC also released some information about the three BOOM! Studios Panels!
- Thursday, October 3, 3:00 p.m.: Entertainment is LGBTQ – Moderated by Mathew Rodriguez and featuring Gaby Dunn, Sina Grace, Royal Dunlap, James Tynion IV, Vita Ayala, Megan Townsend, and more!
- Friday, October 4, 4:15 p.m.: BOOM! Studios: Discover Yours – Moderated by Filip Sablik and featuring Lev Grossman, Bryan Edward Hill, Gaby Dunn, Simon Spurrier, James Tynion IV, Royal Dunlap, and Matt Gagnon!
- Saturday, October 5, 11:00 a.m.: Power Rangers: Necessary Evil – Moderated by James Viscardi and featuring Ryan Parrott, Sina Grace, Daniele Di Nicuolo, Simone Di Meo, Karan Ashley, Steve Cardenas, and Dafna Pleban
