Known for the antics he and his friends get into on the TV Show “Impractical Jokers,” Brian “Q” Quinn is going to embark on a new venture. He’s reviving the Rubsam & Horrmann brewery from his hometown of Staten Island. Brian has always enjoyed beer and socializing with friends that goes along with it. On September 21 there will be a launch party where three signature beers will be premiered.
