‘Bill & Ted Face the Music’ Begins Production
Production for Bill & Ted Face the Music has begun in New Orleans. Ed Solomon, cowriter for the Bill & Ted franchise, confirmed on Twitter that the third film started filming on Monday with a teaser video of a scene being shot on set.

The film is a sequel to Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey and Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure, which follows our heroes as they try to bring peace to the universe through their rock and roll music.
Even more exciting, the film brings back Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter in their iconic roles.

Also returning to the franchise are William Sadler who played the Grim Reaper in Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey, Hal Landon Jr. will be back as Captain Jonathan Logan, and Amy Stoch will be back as Missy.
New cast members include; Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine who will play Bill and Ted’s teenage daughters, Jayma Mays and Erinn Hayes as Bill and Ted’s wives, Beck Bennett as Ted’s younger brother, and rapper Kid Cudi and Gotham star Anthony Carrigan in unknown roles.
The film is written by Solomon and Chris Matheson and directed by Dean Parisot.
The movie is due for an Aug. 21, 2020 release date.
