Michael Vlamis to Star in Indie Feature ‘Pools’

Announced today, Michael Vlamis (Roswell, New Mexico) is set to star alongside Odessa Adlon (Fam, Nashville) and Tyler Alvarez (American Vandal) in a new indie feature entitled Pools. The feature is written and directed by Sam Hayes and will be produced by Jamie Dolan and Adonis Tountas.

Pools will follow the story of college sophomore Kennedy (Adlon) who is stuck in summer school after failing her sophomore year. Intent on enjoying her summer, Kennedy rallies together a ragtag group and heads to Bel-Air for a pool-hopping adventure through the estates. As secrets are spilled, what began as a night of fun, wild adventure turns into a cathartic journey of self-discovery.

The comedy is currently in pre-production and is expected to release in 2020.
