The Defenders unites Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist to fight crime.

The Defenders is properly Dr. Strange, Hulk, Sub-Mariner, and Valkyrie.
It was more interesting that way. Three characters with serious anger issues, and Dr. Strange.
And later, when they added Silver Surfer, it may have been the most powerful team ever.
