‘Everything’s Gonna Be Okay’ Will Return for Season 2!

Rejoice, Everything’s Gonna Be Okay (EGBO) fans! The quirky comedy from Freeform has just been renewed for season two! The show, created by Australian comedian Josh Thomas, quickly built up a loyal cult following after its premiere earlier this year on Freeform. Its fanbase only grew when the episodes were made available on Hulu. The announcement did not set an official premiere date, but did say the show will return in 2021.

EGBO stars Thomas as Nicholas, who is charged with caring for his two younger half sisters after their father dies. The series also features Kayla Cromer, Maeve Press, and Adam Faison alongside an ensemble cast of eccentric and hilarious characters. You can stream the first season on Hulu now, and be sure to check out our coverage of the show here.
