During its PlayStation 5 showcase, Sony announced a new Harry Potter open-world, single-player role-play game, Hogwarts Legacy.
The game is set in the late 1800s – before the story of Harry Potter begins. Players will take on the role of a Hogwarts student and create their own story. Each character will be able to cast charms, duel enemies and go on choice-driven missions that will ultimately influence what your character stands for. Multiple locations will also be available to explore including the Forbidden Forest and Hogsmeade.
Hogwarts Legacy will arrive in 2021 and will be available on PS5, PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and PC. If you haven’t already, you can watch the trailer to Hogwarts Legacy below.
