After much anticipation, a new teaser for the upcoming The Batman film was released during DC FanDome! Taking up the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne is Robert Pattinson, who will be starring alongside Zoë Kravitz, Colin Farrell, Paul Dano, Andy Serkis, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, and Peter Sarsgaard. The movie is written by Matt Reeves and Mattson Tomlin, and it’s directed by Reeves.
The teaser showcases a darker iteration of the iconic superhero. Already, we see a film that will be packed with mystery, suspense, drama, and of course, action. Pattinson already boasts a strong new take on the character fitting to the tone Reeves has set. We also get quick glimpses of some of the other characters, including Selina Kyle/Catwoman played by Zoë Kravitz. The Batman is set to hit theaters November 4, 2021.
