Genre filmmaker Chad Ferrin (Parasites, Someone’s Knocking at the Door) is bringing thrills and chills to the big screen next month in his film The Deep Ones.
When American expat Alex and her husband Petri decide to take a vacation after losing a child, they find themselves at a dreamy bed & breakfast in the seaside town of Oxnard. But everything isn’t as it seems when bizarre happenings begin. Alex slowly loses grip of her sanity while Petri finds himself drawn to the mysterious Mr. Marsh.
The film stars Gina La Piana, Kelli Maroney, Robert Miano, and Johann Urb. It is written and directed by Chad Ferrin.
The Deep Ones will release in select theaters on April 23. It will be available digitally in June. Watch the trailer below.
