Fans gathered early in Hall H to catch a glimpse of the cast of the latest installment in the Blade Runner universe – Blade Runner 2099.
Led by Michelle Yeoh as Olwen, a Replicant in her dying days and Hunter Schafer as Cora a human pretending to be a Replicant, this upcoming miniseries is set to be a fast paced look into post apocalyptic neo-noir Los Angeles. The series will act as a sequel to both the original Blade Runner (1982) film, and the more recent Blade Runner 2049 and draw inspiration from the original book the films were based on, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep by Phillip K. Dick.
The series also stars Dmitri Abold and Lewis Gribben.
Blade Runner 2099 will stream on Amazon Prime Video starting November 25th 2026.
