Photos: Ben Barnes Performs at the Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia

Ben Barnes just released his full-length album, Where The Light Gets In, and for the last few weeks, has been touring across cities in North America.
On January 28, Barnes performed at the Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During Barnes’ set, he played songs off of Where The Light Gets In, as well as several songs from his 2021 EP Songs For You. He also added a cover of Ray Charles’ “Hallelujah I Love Her So.”
Barnes (and the band!) sounded incredible. Barnes and the crew were charming, gracious, and genuine. You could tell that Barnes and everyone around him were truly happy to be there, dancing around, and everyone’s faces lit up with a smile.
Barnes at one point asked the audience if they had any idea what to expect of the show, and while I had a small inkling, I still had been blown away by him and his bandmates, and the show they put on.
If Ben Barnes is touring a city near you, I highly urge you to grab a ticket. You can see tour dates and grab tickets, here. He’ll be heading to the UK and Europe in February.
