9-1-1 is set to return for its eighth season in just over two weeks, and the official synopsis for the season premiere (entitled “Buzzkill”) has been released.
“The 118 team battles an “un-bee-lievable” emergency when a trailer with millions of bees crashes on the streets of Los Angeles, unleashing a swarm.”
Created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Tim Minear, 9-1-1 explores the high-pressure experiences of first responders — including police officers, firefighters, and dispatchers — who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking, and heart-stopping situations.
Season 8 of 9-1-1 will premiere on ABC on Thursday, September 26 at 8 p.m. EDT. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Hulu.
