The epic showdown between Karasuno High and Nekoma High is finally (!!!) slated for a global theatrical run.
Following its release in Japan back in February, Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle will be serving its way to theaters worldwide at the end of May, as announced by Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment during CinemaCon. The movie will arrive in North American theaters on May 31. It will be available in Japanese with English subtitles, and it will also be dubbed in English. As per Crunchyroll, the film’s synopsis is as follows:
“Shoyo Hinata joins Karasuno High’s volleyball club to be like his idol, a former Karasuno player known as the “Little Giant.” But, Hinata soon finds that he must team up with his middle school nemesis, Tobio Kageyama. Their clashing styles turn into a surprising weapon, but can they beat their rival Nekoma High in the highly anticipated “Dumpster Battle,” the long awaited ultimate showdown between two opposing underdog teams?”

Haikyu!! is a slice-of-life sports anime, based on Haruichi Furudate’s manga series that concluded in 2020, which follows high schooler Shoyo Hinata on his journey to become a star volleyball player. Seasons 1 through 4 are now streaming on Crunchyroll.
